Gang Stalking – Miranda Warning applies to all citizens.

I don’t think what they’re doing to the Boston Marathon bomber is right.  We all have basic rights, and he’s being denied them. The government decided not to read the bomber his Miranda rights.

Miranda Warning:  “You have the right to remain silent. Anything you said can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you. Do you understand the rights I have just read to you? With these rights in mind, do you wish to speak to me?”  Each state has different versions of  the warning.

If  the government starts taking away a citizen’s right to properly defend himself, it might happen to us. So we have to defend every criminal’s right to have his Miranda Rights read to him.  It’s the law.

Can you imagine being in the hospital and some government agent is waiting for you to come out of unconsciousness.  This is what’s happening.  The bomber comes in and out of consciousness and he’s asked questions about what  happened.  The bomber cannot talk because he was hit with a bullet to his neck.  He’s asked questions and then he writes his answer  on a piece of paper.   All the information he writes on that piece of paper the government can use against him.  And no one is warning him that he has the right to keep quiet and the right to a lawyer.

He’s 19-years-0ld and probably doesn’t know what his rights are  re getting  a lawyer and saying  something to incriminate himself.

No matter what this man’s done, he deserves to have a fair trial.  He’s already been found guilty by the government.

This morning, I was listening to Nevada Public Radio. A reporter from Al Ajeera America spoke with the mother of the bombers. The mother told the reporter that her two sons  were both under surveillance by the FBI and the Russians. She was very angry that the U.S. government was following her sons.  That’s probably why the mother hasn’t talked with anyone in the U.S. media.  She told the reporter that her older son was also very angry  having the FBI follow him around.

I knew something was up.  The two bombers  were targets of the FBI, just as we targets are.  Imagine being a target of both Russia and FBI?  Being a target of the U.S. is horrible enough, but two countries after them both, that must be really bad.

I’m not excusing what they did.  No one deserved to die in the Boston Marathon.  No one. What the two bombers did is horrific.

But every defendant has the right to have his Miranda Rights read to him and to have a lawyer defend him. The government is really screwing with this man’s rights.

If we Americans let the government step on this citizen’s rights, it will think nothing of stepping on our rights to have a fair trial.

We, as citizens, have to speak up about the unfairness of what the government is doing to this man.

I know a lot of people probably disagree with my opinion and just want the bomber to go straight to the electric chair, but we’ve always been, or used to be, for the rights of all the people.

I wasn’t able to write my blog yesterday.  The perps got into my computer and took over my internet access.  I went to my internet company to get help to be able to  sign into my computer.   The salesperson told me that there was nothing wrong  with my computer.   I had to argue with the salesperson on whether my internet access worked.  I know when my computer is working and not working. Finally, the salesperson realized that I was right, and got to work fixing it .  So now I’m back.

If you can’t  get on the computer, usually it’s your internet access service that the perps mess with.  They get into your service and when you connect, you’re not connected to your server.  You connect into the internet through the perp server.  Once they get into your server, they can do anything they want to your computer. They can turn your computer on and off at will.  They can get into all your documents, change your passwords.  There’s nothing they can’t do to your computer.  So don’t assume that because you’re getting internet service that it is through your server.  When you put on your internet access service make sure that it is through your computer, not the perps.   You can always tell when it’s not your server, because it will show that you have no internet service, but, yet, you’re connected to the internet.  That’s definitely a sign that you’re being hacked.  You can try “Restore”, but that probably won’t work.  The best thing to do is get your computer to a technician before it gets infected with all kinds of viruses, which has happened to me a lot of  times.  I stubbornly tried to fix it myself, and ended up with an unusable computer.

I honestly don’t understand why the perps monitor my computer.  If it’s to find out what I’m write on my blog, all they have to do is go to my blog and read what I wrote.  Why do they have to waste so much time getting into my computer? Does it make them feel important?  I just don’t understand this “perping” thing.  What a waste of time and money, and ruining  of lives.

Let’s say you had an emergency this week that required you to spend an hour, every day, taking care of something you don’t do? Where would that time come from?  What would you drop first?

If I needed more time, I’d take it from my use of the computer.  Lately, I spend way too much time on my computer.  I’m either writing my blog, reading Yahoo!, catching up on my Facebook page, or just wasting time reading some nonsense about some celebrity.  My  time on the computer has become addictive.  When I saw someone on the computer all the time, I used to wonder how he could spend so much time on the computer. Now I know the answer.  It becomes an addiction.  I tell myself I’m not going to spend too much time on the computer, and then, every time I’m going to log off, something interesting pops up that I must read.  And so I read whatever it is, and try to get off again.  Of course, something else pops up that I cannot resist reading.  And this is the way it goes every time I use the computer.  I try to get off and the computer holds me hostage.

So, definitely, I’d cut down on my computer use.

7. Visit some of Nevada’s natural wonders.

8. Fall in love.

9. Relax, relax, relax.

10.Eat more ice cream. You can never eat too much ice cream, especially chocolate.
