Gang Stalking – If you’re ever arrested, here’s what to do.

A lot of us targets have had run-ins with police. We haven’t done anything, but police like to harass us. So if this happens, below is the Miranda Warning.

“You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.  You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you.  Do you understand the rights I have just read to  you? With these rights in mind, do you want to speak with me?” You have to respond “yes” or “no”. You cannot just shake your head “Yes” or “No”. It will not count. So if you want to speak, which I  suggest you don’t without a lawyer, say “yes”. If you don’t want to speak, say “no”.  And police cannot question you without a lawyer if you say “no”.

A police officer has to recite this warning anytime he’s going to question you.    All   states  have  Miranda  Warnings,  but differ in exactly what they say.

To protect yourself ,  you have to  answer questions about your name, age, address, etc., but don’t volunteer any information that might incriminate you. Just keep quiet and do what the police officer asks you to do.  Don’ t  quarrel with the officer and  always stay very, very calm.  And don’t start saying anything with he/she said, etc. Just keep you mouth shut.

I recommend you carry a copy of the Miranda Warning and keep it with you. This way you’ll always know what your rights are if a police officer ever arrests you.

I speak from personal experience.   I’ve had a few run-ins with police  who were up to no good.  And the way I described above is the way I handled the situation. I had no problem walking away. And you’ll always walk away if you stay very, very calm. And if you don’t walk away, remember your Miranda Warning.

I hope that all of you had a nice Christmas. I hope it wasn’t like mine.

These perps just never leave me alone. I’m on watch 24/7.  Every little nitpicking little thing I do, they imitate. I had to go out yesterday to get something to eat because I did not feel like cooking. I walked over to the Panda Express,    the only place open. I walked into the restaurant and there were two tables of Chinese people sitting at them.  As soon as I walked into the place, all the Chinese turned toward me and looked at me as if I were something from out of space.  And then they all began to laugh while looking at me. Well, I did what I always do, I gave them the finger. Then they began talking loudly.  One man in particular laughed loudly. And, of course, within a few minutes there was a line of customers.  I was going to stay in the restaurant and eat, but decided to leave when the place became chaotic. (That Panda Express has the worst food.)

Not even on Christmas can these bastards leave us alone!

And then I decided to go for a walk, but of course, within a few minutes people came out of the woodwork.  Skate boarders, bicyclist, white cars (of course) followed me. It was like a parade.  I avoided them by walking very fast and zigzagging all over the place, but it was hard to avoid them, there were so many.

I decided to go home.  And the two idiots upstairs began walking around as if  they weighed 500 lbs. each. And on top of that, they put on the hissing sound that I’ve told you about.  So I put on my radio, and that didn’t help. They now have gotten into my radio and make heavy breathing sounds, like two perverts. I have it on tape, but I can’t send it. I wish I could, but proof is all I need. I would take the tape to the police and ask for help, but I know I wouldn’t get any  help from the corrupt police officers. But knowing I have proof makes me feel better.  If anyone doubts what I’m saying about what they do inside my radio, all I have to do is put it on.

And the rest of the day, was just as bad.

You would think we’d get a break because of the holidays, but we don’t! It’s 24/7 misery.

I sat in the library waiting to get on the computer today, and one of the perps who hacks my computer, sat next to me.  I said, “Why do I have to put up with these idiots?”  and turned my chair away from him, so as not to have to see his face. He made a remark about not wanting to hear my s–t,  and he called the security woman over to complain about me. She went over to her supervisor and asked him what she should do.  He came over, and the perp began talking and telling him I gave him the finger and called him an idi0t.  I  admitted to calling him an idiot, but not to giving him the finger, because I didn’t, that happened outside when I was waiting for the bus. And I admitted to turning my chair away from.  I tried to explain about the things he does to me, but the security man wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. The security guard told me that what I did, turning my chair, was very petty. He told us both to quiet down and not say another word. And the guard told me that I’d be thrown out of the library if I said another word. He did not say the same thing to the perp.

As I said on previous blogs, these perps act like big babies. They can do whatever they want to us and get away with it, but we can’t say a word in our defense. We have to stay quiet because we will suffer the consequences no matter who is in the wrong. The target will always be wrong, never right.  Baa, baa, baa, big babies. I hope he reads this. He can’t say a thing about what I write.

Yesterday, as I walked home, after going to the library, I saw a police car and a man down on the ground with his hands in handcuffs. I took a look. And I was very happy with the scene.  One of the perps,  who hacks my computer every day, was down on the ground not looking too happy. When I saw him, I laughed (I know it’s mean of me to laugh, but I couldn’t help it.).  Seeing one of those miserable S.O.B.s with his hands in handcuffs made my day.  I made sure that I got the attention of the police officer, who was watching the perp, and gave him the thumbs up sign. The police officer looked at the perp and I heard him say, “Do you know who she is?”  The perp said, “I see her in the library all the time.”  I heard the police officer say, “What did you do that she has her thumb up?”  He said, “I don’t know. I’ve never done anything to her.”  Sure, he hasn’t.  He hacks my computer, hits me with his phone, and once told me to “fucking learn how to use the computer” when I had about five perps hacking me.  Talk about life getting even, it was Kismet. I  didn’t stick around to see if he got arrested, but I hope he did. It made my day.

Back at the hell hole again.  That’s the library to you.  The hackers broke my computer again. This time the computer only lasted about two weeks before they broke it. The computer is not broken all the way. I was smart enough to give passwords to my hard drive, so they froze the computer.  No programs work.  I can hit and hit and get nothing.

I was reading about a police officer in the North part of Brooklyn, N.Y.,  and he’s experiencing gang stalking, too.  His gang stalking began with the “stop and frisk” program.  This is a program where blacks and Hispanics get stopped for absolutely no reason at all, except for their color.  This police officer is a decent human being and did not want to go along with the program.  He would not stop people and frisk them.  If he saw  someone                              somewhere doing nothing, he left them alone.  The higher-ups wanted him to stop everyone he saw while patrolling in his car.  But he wouldn’t do it. He didn’t feel right harassing people who’d done nothing.  He got demoted to foot patrol in his neighborhood and then  driving around prisoners to where they had to go.

The top brass kept harassing him about his low arrest numbers.  They harassed him so much, his blood pressure went through the roof.  He ended up in the hospital. He spent a week in the hospital and went back to foot patrol.  And again, he wouldn’t arrest anyone.  The upper, upper brass even went to visit him at home and told him to improve his numbers. The told him to “pay the rent”.  Meaning, arrest more people so the police department looks good.

His harassment got so bad,  he decided to quit.  But, no, the top brass wouldn’t let him quit.  They knocked on his door and broke into his apartment.  They told him to get up and go back to work. But feeling as sick as he felt, he said “no”. They yanked him out of bed and told him to get dress.  He wouldn’t get dressed.  They called EMT and had him put in a mental ward. He lives by himself and no one knew he’d been put in a mental ward.  His father didn’t hear from him and went searching for his son.  He eventually found him in the mental ward and took him home.  Both  father and son moved to upstate N.Y.  But the harassment by top brass didn’t stop.   Police officers still show up at his door, knock loudly and say nasty things to him.

He decided to sue the police department.  He had proof of everything that happened to him.  He tape recorded every word from every officer.  But he lost.  And till this day, he’s not left alone. He’s still harassed.

He’s  sued the department again and his trial is coming up soon.

So, I have to believe there are decent police officers out there, but if they follow their conscious, they’re in for a hellish time. I guess that’s why a lot of them just do what they have to and keep their mouths shut until they can retire. This office officer made me realize there are decent police officers out and we shouldn’t judge them all with the same broad brush stroke.  They also are victims of harassment.

P.S. I ran out of time on the computer I’m using, so I had to get in line again.  Yesterday, no one in the library. I used the library for three hours without stopping. Today, gang stalkers waiting in line to use computers, of course. What a surprise!!!!

I’ll be moving from my apartment.  I got a notice on my door that said the following:

 

Community Policies Violation.  Warning to Resident.

 

It has my name, address, etc.  It comes from Pinnacle, the management company.

 

“This is your last warning, as we have discussed before your inappropriate behavior cannot continue…You cannot continue harassing your fellow neighbors.  Police was(sic) called and event #130922-1639 was filed against you. Please stop by the office to speak to Manager. Please do not continue this behavior. We will take further action if you continue this.”

 

At the end, it had 2nd Warning (last warning) and signed by Manager.

 

Yeah, I’m such a harasser.  Every day the perp next door comes into my apartment, the one in apartment 203, too, and who knows who else is here while I’m out.  And every time I come back home, they’ve done damage to something in my apartment, or stolen something, ruin the vegetables I’ve  bought. That’s when they’re not hitting me with electricity and making monkey noises, leaving garbage in front of my door, honking their cars, slamming doors, etc.  Yeah, I’m the harasser.  The perps are such angels.  I’m the bad one.

 

This is how they slowly drive us to insanity.

 

I went into the office with the note and told them I’m moving out.  The manager had me sign a form.,and I’ll be leaving on the 30th of October.

 

I have absolutely no idea what I’ll do. It doesn’t matter if I move out of state, stay in the state, get a new apartment, it’ll be the same bullshit wherever I go.  Nothing will change.  Just the faces will change, but the same harassment will continue in whatever apartment I rent.

 

The police officer who came to see me yesterday wrote me up as being a racist,  That’s what that code means.  Someone can call me white trash, but I can’t respond in kind.  I told the woman harassing me to go back to Africa after she called me white trash.  It’s okay for her to call me names, but it’s not okay for me to call her names back.

 

But then, I’m only a target.  We targets have no rights whatsoever.  No one ever listens to our side of the story. I showed the officer how they took my chairs apart.  He said he wasn’t interested in hearing about my chairs.  No, siree. What the perps do to us is never considered a crime, but if we targets defend ourselves, we’re criminals right away. It doesn’t matter what happens to us.  We don’t count.

 

So, I’ll be on the road again looking for a new place to live.  Now, I have to look for another miserable place to live. Nothing ever changes.  It just gets worse all the time.

I just went out to get my mail today.  I didn’t pick it up yesterday because I was too busy trying to keep my computer working.  As soon as I stepped out of my apartment, the man next door pops up, the bitch in 203 comes over to the man next door and has to bum a cigarette off him.  A woman comes out with her pit bull immediately, the people from the complex across the street suddenly have to walk around, a man with a walker always, always has to come out every time I step out of my apartment and various other idiots have to make appearances.  I called the woman in apartment 203 a bitch, because she’s a real bitch, and told her to go back to Africa. I was never a racist, but I admit with all the immigrants I run into all the time, I’ve become very anti-immigrant.  These immigrants come here and harass American citizens.  They’re not even citizens and they have more rights than we do!  No way, no how am I going to stand for this non-sense.  The government uses these immigrants against us.  They tell these people that they get an “in” if they do what they’re told.  The biggest lie ever!  Not only will they not become citizens, but will get deported on the reason that they committed a crime by coming after American citizens.

Not only did they all come out, but the bitch in 203 ran off and told me she was calling the police and put me back in jail.  I’ve never been in jail in my life, so I don’t know what she’s talking about.  Probably another lie told about me. I told her “go ahead!”.  The man next door said in Spanish, “Policia, policia.”  I wonder how long this man has been here, and still he doesn’t speak a word of English.  He’s from Cuba and I figure he’s been here for over 30 years, but still, he doesn’t know one world of english.  He kept looking at me and telling me “policia”.  I laughed at him and told him he should learn to speak English.

I’m sick of all these people.  I can’t even step out of my apartment to get my mail without a bunch of them coming out to annoy me.

I’ve become very anti-immigrant.  At one time, I was for everyone getting a fair shake in getting a chance at the American dream. I no longer am.  My American dream has become a nightmare, so why should I share it with a bunch of immigrants who want to destroy my life?

Things lately have  gotten bad.  It was bad before, but, lately, they’ve piled people and more people on me.  You should see what it’s like for me to take a walk?  It’s like a parade of  idiots joining an idiot parade. It’s horrible.  I can certainly understand why Aaron Alexis “lost it”.  At least he’s at peace now.  He doesn’t have to put up with any government bullshit.

Oh, I had to stop, the police officer knocked on my door.  The police office  told me that I was being given a “red card”.  He told me that I was being a racist by telling the woman in 203 to go back to Africa.  Of course, he tried to make me appear crazy.  He asked me if I was hearing voices, or talk to myself. And was I on medication? I said, “No.”  I told him I was  very sane, and I mentioned Aaron Alexis and what happened to him.   He told me I should get some help.  He also told me I should call the police next time I have any problems, because everyone has been calling the police on me when I defend myself. And I replied, “Why would I call the police when they don’t believe anything I say?”  Yeah, the police are a lot of help!  I also told him that he knew what was happening to me.  The officer also mentioned that if I get enough “red cards”, I’ll be evicted.  I told him if this place evicts me, I’ll just get on the bus and leave.  I told him to go ahead and give me a card.  And he said he would.

By the way, the woman is not from Africa. She’s from Cuba.

For the last week or so, the perps keep ripping the pockets of my jeans.  They rip the jeans, I sew it back, go out and come home with my pockets ripped out.  I think  it’s done with a laser.  They get behind me and hit me with the laser.  And I’m not talking about those big lasers.  There are now some very small lasers that look like pens and can rip things apart without someone knowing what’s going on.  The idiots can’t think of enough stupid things to do.

And yesterday when I came out of a certain store, I saw the white car that constantly follows me around.  I went behind the car to see if it had the same license as the car I see all the time.  The woman in the car saw me looking at the car and took off.  So, today, everywhere I went the same type car with an antenna sticking out was everywhere.  At one point, I was standing by the traffic light waiting to cross, and about 20 white cars with antennas made a left turn and, of course, made sure I saw them.  I can’t believe people can be such zombies. It’s amazing to me how people can be so stupid!  It was white cars with antennas everywhere I turned. I saw at least 200 white cars today.  I wonder how many I’ll see tomorrow. What a bunch of idiots!

And when I was taking a walk, I saw two police officers manhandling a homeless man, so I stopped to watch.  The police officers immediately wanted to know “did I want something?”  I always have an answer ready, because I know how police officers in Las Vegas  are.  They don’t like anyone watching them. They’re really paranoid.  So I put my middle finger up and said, “Is it against the law to show someone the middle finger?”   He answered, “No, no, it isn’t.”  I was going to write something else, but I think I better not. It might get me in trouble. I certainly don’t need any more problems. I have enough.

ed in Arizona  it’s against the law to show someone the middle finger. It’s considered profanity in Arizona and a person can get arrested.  My sister, the one who targeted me, was put in jail for 11 days for telling a neighbor to go “F–k herself!”  If  a person complains about someone using profanity, the cops come and give the person a warning.  My sister was given a warning, but she didn’t listen and again told her neighbor to “F–k Off!”  I was at her trial.  It’s the most ridiculous law I’ve ever heard off.  Arizona is like one of those Muslim countries.  Don’t ever live there if you can help it. And then there’s Sheriff Arpaio.  He’s a real Nazi.  Can you believe someone spending 11 days in jail for using profanity?  It’s true. I saw the trial, so it happened.

Some good news for Edward Snowden, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Venezuela said that they will allow him to seek asylum in their countries.  The problem, of course, is, how is he going to get into any of these country?  With the U.S. threatening other countries and making sure that any plane that Snowden might be in, grounded, how’s he going to get out? Well, I have an idea, but I’m keeping it to myself. I hope he thinks of it.

Here in Nevada, an incident occurred which sounds just like what happened in Nazi Germany.  This incident took place in Henderson, a suburb of Las Vegas.

Police called Anthony Mitchell on the phone and asked him if  they could use his house for surveillance on a domestic violence case.  Anthony Mitchell told police he did not want to get involved and did not want his house used as a lookout place.  Police then went to Anthony’s house,  knocked on  Anthony Mitchell’s door, but Anthony would not open it. While the police were banging on the door, Anthony called his mother, who lives in the neighborhood, and told her what was happening.  The police rammed the door open and threw pepper balls all over Anthony and his dog (The dog got scared and  ran out of the house and spent almost all day out in the hot sun). The police told Anthony to get on the floor and put his hands behind his back.  While he was down,  Anthony called police officers “assholes”.  This made the officers angry and they began shouting obscenities at Anthony and abusing him.  The police took over the house and moved the furniture around without Anthony’s approval.  Anthony kept talking and the police arrested him for obstructing justice. He was taken to police headquarters.

The police then went over to Linda and Michael Mitchell’s house, Anthony’s parents, and asked them if their house could be used for surveillance. They said no.  The police asked Michael if he’d come with them to help them talk to the neighbors who were having domestic problems.  He said yes and left with the police. But the police had no interest in getting Michael’s help, they just wanted him out of the house.

Meanwhile, Linda Mitchell was at home with the police officers. The police rummaged through Linda’s purse without permission. Then the police officers grabbed Linda and walked her to the police headquarters, also to get her out of the house.  They rushed her to  police headquarters without stopping to let her rest. The other police officers stayed in Linda’s house to use as a lookout point.

Police arrested Michael and Anthony, and they spent 9 hours in jail.  Police allowed Linda to go home.

When Linda got home, she found all her cabinet doors open, the refrigerator door open, and mayonnaise and mustards jars  left on the door. Furniture had been moved. The house was a mess.

The family complained to headquarters, but nothing was done to the police officers. Not one thing.

The family decided to sue.  They’re suing the police department for punitive damages, and for police abuse of their 3rd, 4th and 14th Amendment rights, assault and battery, conspiracy, defamation, abuse of process, malicious prosecution, negligence, and emotional distress.

The police dismissed charges against Anthony and Michael Mitchell.

Can you imagine, the police break into the family’s house, break down the door and then turn around and arrest the family. It’s like the Gestapo.  What nerve!

With the Patriot Act, NDAA, and all those other acts passed by Congress to keep our country safe, the police are taking advantage of all the acts and doing whatever they feel like doing.

I hope the Mitchell family wins in court and wins big bucks.  They deserve it for what they had to put  with from police.

I’m finally able to get on my computer.  Again, I don’t know how long the computer will last before the hackers get at it.

I went out to the railing in front of my door to get some fresh air.  As soon as I stepped out, here come the kids and the people from downstairs.  I cannot step out in front of my door without a bunch of people appearing.   They want to make sure I go right back in.  So, I decided I’d go in and get my camera.  I came back out, and as soon as they saw my camera, the adults went running.  The kids stayed out.  I videotaped the kids to get proof of their rock throwing.   I want to get proof of what they’re doing to me.  The kids were running around and paid no attention to me.  So, I went back inside.

Bang!  Bang!  Bang!  Someone began banging on my door.  I did not open the door.  I said, “Who is it?”   A woman answered, “I want to talk to you.”  I replied, “What about?”   The woman said, “I heard you were taking pictures of my cousins.”  I replied, “If I want to take pictures of your cousins I can.”   She replied, “Don’t take pictures of my cousins anymore, or there’ll be trouble.” And she left.

Bang! Bang! Bang, bang, bang, bang.  Someone else was banging on my door  again. And this time the person was banging very loudly.  I did not open the door.  The person kept banging.  I asked, “Who is it?”   A woman responded.  It wasn’t the same voice.  She said, “I heard you were taking pictures of my cousins.”  I didn’t respond.  She banged, banged away.  She said, “Open the door. I’m going to take that camera away from you.”   She kept banging very loudly.  I heard her turn the door knob.  I told her if she didn’t stop banging on my door, I was going to call the police.  She kept banging,  so I called the police, something I never do.  There are so many  cousins, I was afraid they’d break into my apartment. The second woman who knocked on my door is ten times my size and can probably throw me without any problem.  If I tried pushing her, I’d be in trouble.

The 911 operator asked my name, address and all the typical questions.  When she got that out-of-the-way, the first question she asked, is, “Is there any drug abuse?”  I replied, “What do you mean?  Me, or them?”  The operator replied, “Anyone?’  I answered, “Well, I’m not using any drugs, I don’t know about them.”

When I was living an ordinary life, this question never came up, but since I’m a target, supposedly I do drugs, drink, etc.  The operator ended the call by saying the police would come.

So far, no police. And if the police show up I’ll be very surprised.

P.S.  Two Metropolitan Las Vegas officers  just showed up. See you later.

I’m back.  I went outside to talk to the police and they asked me what happened.  And I explained to them how I’m never left alone by the people downstairs and the tenants on my floor.  Before I could get a word in edgewise, the perps were all over the place trying to get in their side of the story.  The police officer told them to wait until I told my side.  One of the police officers seemed to want to listen to my story, but the other one had a smirky smile on his face, as if he didn’t believe anything I said.  When I finished with what I had to say, the police officer who was questioning me said, “Okay.”  And then as he walked away he said, “Just remind calm, okay?”  The way he said it  made me feel as if he was blaming me.  Because, you know, we’re all crazy, of course.

So now I have to be even more careful than before.  I have a bunch of gang cousins after me.

The life of a target is just so exciting…

If you read my blog, you know the other day I wrote about having a problem videotaping the people who harass me.  The complex manager said she had a few complaints from tenants about me videotaping them.

I went to the police department to find out what my rights are re videotaping my harassers.  The person I spoke with told me a lot of  nonsense,  but  he did tell me, I could go downtown to the Constable‘s office to find out more information about it.

So today, I went down to the Constable’s office.  The woman at the desk told me she could not help me and said the Constable’s office only handles evictions, and re-directed me to Justice Court.

The Justice Court is only a few blocks away, so I decided to walk over.  When I got to the Justice Court, there were a lot of people.  We all had to go through metal detectors, plus have everything we had with us checked.  I had to put everything in a plastic container and pass through the metal detector.

While I was waiting to go through the line, I mentioned to a woman near me that this was Communism. She replied, “They’re just trying to keep us safe.”   I replied, “No, they’re not. This is Communism.”  She quickly moved away from me.

I was told by one of the police officers that I had to take my belt off, too.

I had to remove my sweater, my shoes, my belt, and give my  handbag to the police officer.  He dumped everything out of my bag.  He said I had a lot of things in my bag and it felt heavy. I told him  I had to carry everything that’s important with me because of all the break-ins I have.

I had a nail file, Swiss type manicure set, scissors, and some other things in my bag  that were considered weapons.  The police officer told me that I could not enter the Justice Court with any of these things.   He would have to throw them out.  I asked him, “Can’t you just save them and when I come out  I can pick them up?”  He pointed to sign that said everything gets thrown out and nothing’s saved.

The police officer held the items in his hand while I decided what to do.  If I decided to keep the items,  I could not enter Justice Court.  I said to the officer, “This is getting more and more like a Totalitarian state.  Everywhere we go, we’re checked and not allowed to take our things with us.”  I told him I wanted all my things back.  I was  not about to go out and spend more money buying things that were not weapons.  The officer gave me back my things and I left.

I remember I’d been at Justice Court about a year before and  had to go through a metal detector.  I had to pay $190.00 fine because I’d jaywalked.  Someone I worked with had gotten a jaywalking ticket and didn’t  bother  to pay after getting a few notices.  One Friday night, two police officers showed up at his door and arrested him for not paying the ticket.  He spent the whole weekend in jail.  There are no judges in court on weekend, so he couldn’t see one. So to jail he went.  I remembered this and did not want to end up in jail, so I paid my ticket right away.

Anyway, I got distracted. There were only metal detectors then.  I did not have to take off my shoes, belt, etc.  It’s amazing how things changed in less than a year.

The U.S. is certainly headed toward  totalitarianism.  If what I went through can take less than a year to happen, what will the U.S. be like ten years from now?  The U.S. will definitely be a place where no one will want to live.  It will be worse than China or Russia.

What amazed me about going through the line is how everybody just accepted what was happening.  No one complained, no one said anything, they just accepted things as they were happening.  No questions, nothing.  Just a bunch of sheep doing what they were told.
