Gang Stalking – Trust the government about as much as I trust a snake.

The House Judiciary Committee passed the new USA Freedom Act 30-0. This new act will take the place of the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act which allowed government to spy on all of us without  any checks and balances This new act will supposedly stop the listening in of Americans’ phones. Yeah, sure.  Anyway, the new act requires that phone companies keep the  data collected, not the g0vernment. It requires that Americans not be targets (ha-ha),  phone calls can only be kept on foreigners. The collected data can only be kept for 18 months instead of 5 years. (oh, I just got a message from the librarians that I should stop clapping and laughing. I’m sitting here and I havent said one word, laughed or clapped. I wonder what’s next?)

Some politicians disagree and think the data should be kept for 5 years, as before. (Vote idiots like this out of office.)

The next step of the act goes to the senate judiciary committee and the committee has to approve the act. And this won’t happen till late summer, if ever.

This new act also requires that  FISC get approval before any information’s gathered on a person. And also, the committee has to get proof from FBI, or whatever agency’s involved, that the person is very dangerous and the person involved  has to have his phone traced.

I’m sure that this new act will take a long time in coming. I don’t think anything will happen soon. But it’s a start.

But, honestly, my own opinion is that nothing will change. NSA will still spy on all of us and keep track of every phone call we make. So much for government honesty. The government lied before and will continue to lie about what it’s doing to its citizens. I’m proof of that.

So, I expect no changes in the Patriot Act  and, sure as hell,  don’t  trust the government. I trust the government as much as I trust a snake. As a matter of fact, I trust a snake more.

Hi, I’m back for a while. I don’t know for how long. My computer’s already hacked. Everything that was in my old computer is now in this computer.

I went over to a pawn shop and bought a used computer. It’s in pretty good condition, considering. As soon as I bought my computer, I walked over to Best Buy(Nazis!). I immediately had them put in an anti-virus(a lot of good that did!). I went into Best Buy with 41 items in my computer. When I got home, I had 54 items in my computer. They added 13 malware items to it. And the anti-virus is totally useless.

It’s hard to find a place that will fix my computer. There’s a choice between Office Depot or Best Buy, and Mom Pops stores. And each one of these places is  government-controlled, just as in old Germany.  The American government owns the people and all businesses. They will all do what the Nazi American government tells them to do. I will not refer to Nazis as Germans anymore, because America has taken over that name. It is now American Nazis!  America now officially owns that name.

Every time I hear someone say America is a free country, I laugh. I  can’t help but laugh. It’s so absolutely ridiculous to refer to America as free.  Have you seen the Gestapo?  Those are the police officers with armor and every kind of protection that an officer of the government needs to protect him or herself from the people. The people they are supposed to serve and protect.

When I left Best Buy yesterday, I saw this sign in the store.  It had a blue background with white lettering.  The sign said: NSAR Patriot Act, report anything or anyone that looks suspicious, or something like that.  I’m sure  the store people put that sign up for me. It wasn’t there the day before when I told a few worker perps off.  And, of course, like the cowards they all are, they ran running to daddy to take care of me.  I’m surprised they haven’t tossed me out of the store.  The store no longer has to worry about me showing up.  I will no longer do any business with the store.  I hope it goes out of business. From what I hear, the store is not doing too well financially.  Oh, my heart goes out to the store.

I now know how they get into my computer when I’m off it.  They’ve made a copy of everything in my computer and when I’m off, they change all my settings and mess up the computer.  So it’s hard for me to know what they’re doing when I’m not on.  They’re hacking my computer, which, of course, the government says is not happening.  The American government would never do such a thing to its citizens, only foreign terrorists.  Another good laugh for the day!

Hopefully, tomorrow, I’ll be able to type my blog, if not, I’ll try to fix whatever problem comes up.

Gang Stalking – Free Speech? Not in U.S.

Every time I turn on the radio and have to listen to those government S.O.B.s tell me that the National Security Agency needs to keep information on everyone we call, email, etc., I have to control myself from not breaking the radio.  These government flunkies get on the radio and tell all kinds of sorry ass stories about how  the U.S. is safer because 54 terrorists acts were prevented by the NSA spying program.  All these people know how to do is lie, lie and tell more lies.  I don’t think any of them would know the truth if they ran into.

And then I have to listen to how Bradley Manning might be serving 136 years in prison.  136 years for what?!   From what I read about the information that Bradley Manning provided to Wiki-leaks, it was mostly information that did not put the U.S. in any danger.  Things like how the Afghanistan soldiers were molesting children, how Haitians are getting slave wages, etc.  These are things that are in no way harmful to America’s freedom.

What’s harmful to American‘s freedom are all the laws that the idiots in Congress and the House of Rep passed to take away most of our freedom.  They’re the real danger.  Let me see, there’s the Patriot Act, NDAA, FISA Amendment, drones the president sends out when  he wants  someone killed.  There’s also a law that Congress passed in 2012, I can’t remember the name, that prevents Americans from protesting near a government building. I think it’s H.R. 354 or 357*.   Protesters can be arrested if they’re near a government building or near someone who works for the government.   I could fill out three pages of laws passed since 2001 that take away our freedom in one way or another.

And who gets picked on?  A lowly, private first class soldier.  In my opinion, Bradley Manning should be given a medal for patriotism. He’s more of a hero than all those puffed up, self-important, braggart, do-nothing Congressmen.  We need to throw every one of them out of office.  Let them find a real job and do real work for a change.  It’s time to get rid of the dysfunctional Congress.  They’ve accomplished almost nothing this year, or last year.

Gang Stalking – Senator Ron Wyden(D-Oregon) has my vote.

Senator Ron Wyden (D-Oregon), again spoke about the data collection and privacy rights at the Center for American Progress Action Fund. He spoke about the NSA  government authority collecting information on law-abiding citizens, and how collection of this information seems to be limitless.   He also spoke about how the Patriot Act as we citizens know is not the same Patriot Act the government secretly uses to interpret the law.  The government uses its own definition of the law to spy on citizens.

So the Patriot Act as we know it  is not the same Patriot Act that the government uses. I guess the government makes up its own Patriot Act as it needs it.

Senator Wyden also said that if something isn’t done about all the surveillance of citizens, the government will be creating a surveillance state  that will be worse than the one we have now.

Senator Wyden also made comments about other things he knows that he cannot divulge.  And I’m sure when he spoke about things he cannot divulge, he was thinking of American citizens like us who have written and told him about our targeting.

I’ve asked you all before to fax Senator Wyden and tell him about your targeting.  The more information he can gather on what’s happening to us the better.

As a matter of fact, Senator Wyden threatened to leak information about what’s happening to American citizens if Obama doesn’t do something about NSA spying.

So, please, do your part.  Fax Senator Wyden and let him know what’s happening to you.  The more of us faxing him information, the more power he’ll have to help us. Senator Wyden is doing his part by speaking up as much as he can. Please help by providing more information to him.

Senator Wyden has my support on what he does. If he ever runs for President, I’m voting for him. No one else has taken the time, except Udall, to speak up in our name. He’s A-0ne in my opinion.

Gang Stalking – Who’s going to protect us from the police?

Some good news for Edward Snowden, Bolivia, Nicaragua, and Venezuela said that they will allow him to seek asylum in their countries.  The problem, of course, is, how is he going to get into any of these country?  With the U.S. threatening other countries and making sure that any plane that Snowden might be in, grounded, how’s he going to get out? Well, I have an idea, but I’m keeping it to myself. I hope he thinks of it.

Here in Nevada, an incident occurred which sounds just like what happened in Nazi Germany.  This incident took place in Henderson, a suburb of Las Vegas.

Police called Anthony Mitchell on the phone and asked him if  they could use his house for surveillance on a domestic violence case.  Anthony Mitchell told police he did not want to get involved and did not want his house used as a lookout place.  Police then went to Anthony’s house,  knocked on  Anthony Mitchell’s door, but Anthony would not open it. While the police were banging on the door, Anthony called his mother, who lives in the neighborhood, and told her what was happening.  The police rammed the door open and threw pepper balls all over Anthony and his dog (The dog got scared and  ran out of the house and spent almost all day out in the hot sun). The police told Anthony to get on the floor and put his hands behind his back.  While he was down,  Anthony called police officers “assholes”.  This made the officers angry and they began shouting obscenities at Anthony and abusing him.  The police took over the house and moved the furniture around without Anthony’s approval.  Anthony kept talking and the police arrested him for obstructing justice. He was taken to police headquarters.

The police then went over to Linda and Michael Mitchell’s house, Anthony’s parents, and asked them if their house could be used for surveillance. They said no.  The police asked Michael if he’d come with them to help them talk to the neighbors who were having domestic problems.  He said yes and left with the police. But the police had no interest in getting Michael’s help, they just wanted him out of the house.

Meanwhile, Linda Mitchell was at home with the police officers. The police rummaged through Linda’s purse without permission. Then the police officers grabbed Linda and walked her to the police headquarters, also to get her out of the house.  They rushed her to  police headquarters without stopping to let her rest. The other police officers stayed in Linda’s house to use as a lookout point.

Police arrested Michael and Anthony, and they spent 9 hours in jail.  Police allowed Linda to go home.

When Linda got home, she found all her cabinet doors open, the refrigerator door open, and mayonnaise and mustards jars  left on the door. Furniture had been moved. The house was a mess.

The family complained to headquarters, but nothing was done to the police officers. Not one thing.

The family decided to sue.  They’re suing the police department for punitive damages, and for police abuse of their 3rd, 4th and 14th Amendment rights, assault and battery, conspiracy, defamation, abuse of process, malicious prosecution, negligence, and emotional distress.

The police dismissed charges against Anthony and Michael Mitchell.

Can you imagine, the police break into the family’s house, break down the door and then turn around and arrest the family. It’s like the Gestapo.  What nerve!

With the Patriot Act, NDAA, and all those other acts passed by Congress to keep our country safe, the police are taking advantage of all the acts and doing whatever they feel like doing.

I hope the Mitchell family wins in court and wins big bucks.  They deserve it for what they had to put  with from police.

Internet service, what a crock!

All the internet service providers are nazis.  They will allow the government perps to get into your service.

As soon as you walk into a store to get internet service, the perps already know who you are.  They’ll be very polite to you because they want you to sign on.  As soon as you sign on the dotted line, you’ll see the representative change into a rat.  He won’t be as sweet anymore, he’ll even look at you in a different way.  All he cares about is getting your business so he rat you out.  Believe me, the moment you walk out of the store, the government gets all the information he has on you.  What your pin number is, what type of service you got, etc.  And this will happen with every internet provider you get service from.

And then  you get home and you think you’re safe with a new provider.   You’ll discover that the hacking that was happening before continues unabated.

There’s no way of getting around the internet providers.  You need internet service, and you have to put up with all the b.s. from them.

The internet provider I had sent me a form to fill on why I cancelled my service.  Of course, I wrote that the reason was hacking. I wrote that their internet service was not safe, and that they’d made it possible for hackers to get into my service by providing them with my private information. Plus they made it possible for my service to constantly be cut off.  I’m sure the provider would deny that they ever did that.

I would like everyone who cancels his internet service to tell the provider why he cancelled.  If you cancelled your service because of hacking, or constant cut-off of service, tell them that.  If the providers get back a lot of  responses about hacking, maybe they’ll stop giving out our private information.

I don’t know if these providers get a National Security Letter(NSL) from the FBI and have to give up this information, or  if they decide on their own to do so when they’re requested to do so.  Either way, it’s not right.

Whatever happened to our privacy?  It went out the window with the passage of the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act!

The United States government is as corrupt as it can get.

Gang Stalking – Enemy of the State.

It’s a dark, cold rainy day in Las Vegas.  We don’t have too many rainy days in Las Vegas. I’ve been in Las Vegas for a few years now, and I think it’s rained less than 25 times.  That’s one of the advantages of living in Las Vegas. I used to live in Florida, and we had so much rain, it didn’t feel like the Sunshine state. Florida should be called the “Rain State,” because that’s what it is.

Well, enough about the rain.

Everybody in the Senate is complaining about Obama sending drones after innocent citizens, then why is it that no one ever mentions people who don’t have drones aimed at them, but are constantly tortured by goons sent after us under the Patriot Act?

I can’t prove this, but the  senators  all know what’s going on with harassment of American citizens.

For one thing, the Senate has to pass bills that approve the harassment.  The government can’t do to us what it’s doing without approval of the Senate, or the President.

President Obama is definitely a disappointment.  You would think a man who believes in the right of everyone to do what he/she wants to do, would not agree to such an Act.

I was listening to the radio (second time some bastard deleted what I wrote) and a man who wrote a book on J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI, said that,  at one time, Hoover  had over 20,000 people on his hit list.  And the writer of the book discussed what Hoover did to the people on the list.  And it sounded exactly like what’s being done to us every day.

The people were under 24-hour surveillance, cameras were put in their homes, telephones tapped, broke into their homes, got neighbors to watch everything the people did,  encouraged people to report anything that the people under surveillance  did, etc.

Of course, then, those people were luckier.  They didn’t have everyone carrying a cell phone. Information  took a lot longer to get to where it was going.  Today, it’s instantaneous.  We can’t get away from the bastards. They know where we are every minute.

The  book just came out in paperback.  It’s written by Tim Weiner and the title is: Enemies: A History of The FBI.

I guess I would be considered a saboteur or spy, since I supposedly spread propaganda about what the government does to us.  And when I walk around, people are in the presence of an enemy.

I consider it a compliment to be an enemy of the state.  And I don’t fear any of them!  They can all go and f–k themselves.

Gang Stalking – PostaDay 2011 – Wake up, Americans. You’re losing your freedoms!

If any of you are thinking of visiting Las Vegas, beware of the new text messaging, or cell phone laws in Nevada.  Since January 1, 2012, a law went into effect in Las Vegas that anyone caught text messaging or using a cell phone will be given a citation and have to pay $50.00.  So if you don’t want to pay the money, don’t use your cell phone while driving.  The police will be on the lookout, plus there are cameras all over the place that will show you using your cell phone.

Now, this bothers me.  More and more government intrusion into our lives.  If a police officer  stops someone for using a cell phone, he can also check out his car for weapons, drugs, etc.  And the person can be arrested on the spot.

More and more government intrusion.  Pretty soon, we won’t be able to go to the bathroom without having permission from the government.  I’m serious about this.  With all the government intrusion in my life, I know what it is like to have no freedom.  And I can warn you all.  You are all losing a lot of your rights.  All the laws that  Congress passed last year made you less free than you were four years ago.  With the Patriot, National Defense Authorization Act,  internet snooping by government, etc., one day you’ll wake up and discover you can’t leave your house unless the government gives you permission.  Read about all the laws passed.  I don’t have enough space in this blog to tell you what the laws say.  Okay, you say, I’m  crazy.  Believe me, I have all my marbles in place.  I know what’s really going on.  A lot of you don’t.  You trust the government explicitly.  I know what the government can do and is doing.  I’ve taken the red pill.  Have you? You need to wake up, America.  Really take a good look around and pay attention to all that is happening  around you.  You’ll be very surprised.  The United States government is not the government you think it is.  A person from the Czech Republic made a remark to me that America is heading toward what he saw coming when he lived in the Czech Republic.  He can see the signs of government getting more and more into everybody’s life.  He told me he was afraid for Americans.  If he can see the signs, why can’t any of you?  By the way, this person left for the Czech Republic.  He said he felt there was more freedom there.

So, Americans, wake up.  You’re losing more and more freedoms every day.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Gang Stalking – PostaDay 2011- What do I miss?

What I miss most is the U.S.A. I used to know.  The U.S. I know today is the not one I grew up with.

The Old U.S.A. was a country that left me alone.  It did not have gang stalkers follow me around everywhere I go.  It did not spray me with pesticide at night or during the day.  It did not turn my family and friends against me.  I was free to come and go as I please.  It did not torture me 24/7.  I could go to a movie and not be harassed.  It did not hack my computer and act as a dictator.  It did not take my love life away from me.  Right now, I could have a man in my life, but this U.S.A. has made it impossible for me to love someone.  It’s made it possible for me to live the rest of my life alone.  I did not have to worry about being pushed so far that I’d might end up in jail.  It taunts and treats me like dirt, with no dignity.  It is in every part of my life. It did not have a Patriot Act. A new  bill which makes it possible for citizens to be mistreated without trial.  It’s made me a prisoner.  I have no freedom.  I might as well be in prison. Or dead!

I miss the U.S.A. I used to know.

Gang Stalking – PostaDay 2011 – Would you rather read minds or live forever?

Would you rather be able to read other people’s minds, or live forever?

My first response was neither.  I don’t really want to read anyone’s mind.  Creepy.  And live forever.  No way!  The world as it is, is not a place I care to spend more time in than I have to.

But thinking more on the subject, I would want to read other people’s minds, creepy as it is.  The reason? Being a targeted person, I could find out a lot of information on what gang stalking is all about.  Now what I know about gang stalking is from personal experience.  But is there a bigger picture?  Are we experiments?  Why am I being targeted?  Why not my next door neighbor? Why no one else in my family? Why?

If I could read some of the gang stalkers thoughts, I could find out a lot of answers.  Not only would I be able to read  the gang stalkers’ thoughts, but the thoughts of the people who run the program.  People who run the Department of Homeland Security,  the Patriot Act. I’d read the mind of the President of the United States.  It would be fantastic to read all their minds, and they wouldn’t be aware of what I was doing.

I’m sure I would find out things that are devastating.  Things that could topple governments, or ruin lives.  But unless you’re part of what I’m going through, you wouldn’t understand the damage that’s being done to me and other targeted individuals. You’d do anything in your power to find the answers, even resort to reading other people’s minds, disgusting as it is.  Oh, I  can only dream of having such power!
