I’ve been thinking of the many things happening in the U.S.  The U.S. is really becoming a police state.  Some of the things I’ve been reading lately really scare me.

I was reading an article about a family who owns some property and grows vegetables on it.  The family decided to have a dinner party and invite family and friends.  Before the dinner began, the police showed up.  The police told the family that the vegetables the family grew had to have FDA approval.  Without FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approval, the family could not serve  family and friends the food.  The police told the family the food had to be thrown out.  The police threw bleach all over the food before they left.

Another incident, a man was in front of his home playing target practice on his property. A neighbor watching him, called the police.  When the man saw the police, he immediately ran to get his wife.  But he didn’t make it inside. When the police saw him running, they arrested him.  The wife saw what was going on and demanded to know why they were arresting her husband.  The police told her it was against the law for him to target practice in front of his property  The police never told him to stop, or gave him any warning. They arrested him and took him away.

A 14-year-old boy saw one of the students in his school getting harassed.  He tried to stop the harassers from bullying the student.  One of the teachers saw what going on and told the boy to go into her office.  He went into the  the office and was told by the teacher he was going home.  He tried to explain about what occurred, but the teacher wouldn’t listen.  When he remarked that he had a first amendment right to free  speech, the teacher called the police.  The student was told to sit outside until the police arrived.  The police came, went into the office and spoke with the teacher.  The police never asked the boy what happened.  When the student protested no one was listening to his side, the police put him in handcuffs.

I stated these three examples to show how U.S. citizens are losing their rights.  Everywhere I turn, some police  officer or another is spraying protesters with pepper spray, pulling women by their hair, kicking people, arresting them, etc.  The U.S. is definitely not a country that can be considered a “free” country anymore .  There are so many laws that infringe on our freedoms that it scares me.  But it seems to me most Americans are totally unaware of what is happening.  They’re happy watching t.v., drinking beer, partying and stuffing their faces.  Some day, they’re going to wake up and realize that they’re no longer free. When these Americans wake up, it will be too late.  They’re going to find out that government has taken over their lives.

But who knows, maybe they won’t care, as long as they’re fed and not bothered.

Gang Stalking – Off Topic – PostaDay 2011 – When is it acceptable to kill things?

People? Animals? Plants? Ideas? Dreams?

I find this a strange topic, but here goes.

It is acceptable to kill someone when  a  person is a danger to you.  For instance, someone has a gun pointed at you and threatens to take your life.  To me, you have every right to defend yourself.  So if killing that person is the only alternative, to me you have every right to do it.  The constitution gives you the right to defend yourself.   Or in a t time of war when someone is on the battlefield and has to shoot back to defend himself.

I did not always feel this way.  But time and circumstances have changed me.  At one time, the thought of killing someone was abhorrent to me.  I couldn’t understand how anyone could kill another person.  I would rather have been killed than hurt someone else.  But as I stated, time has changed me into someone else.  I am now a lot tougher.  Now I know if I had to shoot someone to save my life , I would have no hesitation.   And while it would still bother me to kill another human being, I would eventually get over it.  In a way, it’s sad I feel this way.

As to  killing an animal, only if it attacks me.  Otherwise, never.  If an animal hasn’t done anything to me, why would I want to kill it?  Only someone who has no soul would kill an animal for sport.  It’s barbaric.

Plants?  Again, only if the plant might  cause me harm because it’s poisonous.  Most plants bring beauty into the world.  Without plants just think how ugly the world would be.

Kill ideas?  Ideas might harm me if the person with the ideas wants to cause harm.  But again, ideas are not something I would ever kill.   Everyone has a right to his ideas, whether I agree with them  or not. By trying to kill ideas, we’re basically trying to take away  someone right to free speech.  That is not something I want anyone to mess with.
