Well, well, well, Associated Press, welcome to my world.

Did you read the stories today on what the government was doing to AP people in 2012?  The Justice Department secretly obtained two months worth of telephone records of reporters and editors.

The reporters were having their calls hacked.

Again, AP, welcome to my world.

I can’t say I feel sympathy for the AP people.  Most of them aren’t real reporters.  If they were, what’s happening to us targets would long ago been discovered.   All these reporters do is regurgitate what some other reporters write and don’t really go out in the field and investigate anything.

Now, all these AP people are up in arms about the government investigating  them.  How dare the government do this to them!

Again, AP, welcome to my world and the world of other targets.   Maybe if you reporters did your job of being journalists correctly,  maybe you’d have discovered it’s happening to a lot of Americans.

Now, AP, it’s happening to you.  My heart sings.  Maybe it should happen to more journalists.  Maybe  you journalists will wake up and realize what’s going on with the government’s intrusion into our lives

All the press organizations are going to get together and protest the government’s intrusion into the press’  first amendment rights.

Again, AP, welcome to my world.

I haven’t had first amendment rights in years.  My phone’s hacked, computer, too,  and cameras have been put in my home. AP, maybe they’ll put cameras in your bathroom so they can watch you when you have to poo.  Now, wouldn’t you like that?  You think it’s bad having them listen to your phone calls, wait until they watch you poo. That’s real fun. Maybe, AP, you should check your bathrooms for break-ins.

AP and other press organization, go out and protest, but know that you’re not doing your job.  You’ve failed on that score. You’ve failed on the fact that we expect our press people to find out the truth and report it.  But you Press people haven’t done that. You’ve listened to your government and fallen short on what’s really happening in the U.S.  You’ve become pawns of the U.S. government.  You’ve failed, failed, failed.  Now suffer the consequences.

AP, welcome to my world and the world of other targets.  We’ve been suffering without anyone willing to listen to our complaints.  Maybe now you’ll listen to what we have to say.  Now you know what it feels like to have your world turned upside down.  Maybe now you’ll all become better reporters.  But I doubt you will.  You haven’t suffered enough.

Gang Stalking – Defeat CISPA: don’t allow military and security agencies to get info on you.

I have to keep repeating this because I feel it’s important.  Look  behind your oven and refrigerator.  I haven’t checked behind my refrigerator for about 4 days, and, of course, they’d stuck plastic, magazine and bottle caps.  All things to attract electricity.  I also noticed that the compressor has all kind of wires attached to it.  The wires are not supposed to be back there.  The electrical cord is a mess.  The cord has three different wires and they took one wire, shortened it and put another electrical wire through, made a hole in the back of the refrigerator and attached it to the back of it, and cut the wire, so now I’m able to the see the copper.  I turned my refrigerator off  because I’m afraid it’ll cause an electrical fire.  The animals don’t care what they do to you.

I keep  thinking that there must be good people in the world, but where are they?  I keep running into people who have no souls.

We’ve stopped SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) and PIPA (Protect IP Act).  Now the law makers have come up with a new law that’s even worse than either of the two.  It’s called CISPA (Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act).  This act will allow companies to share private information with military and intelligence agencies, agencies like National Security Agency.  Information like private emails, financial records, and medical records will no longer belong solely to you, the goverment will have the right to look at all your information.  I’d like to know why the government needs to see our medical records?  What business is it of theirs to know our medical history.

This smacks to me as an invasion of privacy.  This act infringes on our First Amendment rights, freedom of speech, etc.  Releasing information to National Security Agency  is a real no-no.  The military and security agencies have no business knowing what we’re doing.  The military and National Security Agency won’t even need a warrant to get information on us.  They can, if they want, just start snooping.  This is what’s going in the Middle East now.  The military and security agencies have knowledge of what its citizens are doing.  An act like this can only lead to a government that has control over everything  we do.  It can lead to more spying on citizens, which can eventually lead to a communist type of government.

Some of these things are already happening to me.  I’m sure that the government has not gone to court to get a warrant on me, but it snoops through my mail; my  computer’s hacked; and it  knows my financial information.  The government  knows how much money I have to the penny.  All the things they’re the doing to me are ILLEGAL!  But they’re doing them.  If they can so easily do this to me, why can’t they do it to everybody else?

I’m asking any American who cares about preserving his freedoms to get in touch with your representatives and tell them to vote against CISPA.  Let’s stop CISPA in its tracks.  Let’s knock it out of the ballpark!  Let’s defeat another law that’s dangerous to the few liberties we have left.

I’m sure if this law’s defeated, another one will pop up. They’re going to keep pushing laws like this to wear us out.  But I know how easy it is to lose one’s freedom, so I know how precious our liberties are.  I’ll keep writing against such laws.

Gang Stalking – You think you can’t lose your freedom? Think again!

As I previously told you, I have a man living next to me listening to everything I say and do.  How would you like my life?  Would you like someone next door spying on you every minute, every hour, 24/7?  I’m sure you would not.  I’m sure you’d be pissed off.  You would do everything in your power to get rid of the creep!  Because the man next door is a creep.  I don’t care if he’s part of the government, or not!  He’s just one of many people who watch everything I do and say.

This is a country where we have first amendment rights (supposedly!).  The first amendment gives U.S. citizens the right to free speech, freedom of the press, freedom of religion and the right to assemble. So far, my right to free speech is gone.  I can no longer say what I want without everything I say judged a threat to U.S. security.  I really cannot write what I want without someone erasing what I write.  So I’ve lost the right to freedom of the press.  My right to assemble is gone.  I cannot no longer go anywhere without someone following me wherever I go.  The freedom of religion is also gone.  I cannot go into a church without someone following me into a church. So that right is gone.  So I can state that my first amendment rights don’t exist.

The 6th amendment applies to me and every citizen.  The 6th amendment gives me the right to trial by jury. I’ve never been charged with a crime, and I’ve never had a trial. I been found guilty of something without a trial by jury. The 6th amendment states that someone cannot be punished without a trial.  The last few years I’ve had no life.  I’ve lived the life of someone who is a prisoner without any let-up.  So the 6th amendment has been taken away from me.

My 4th amendment rights have also been taken away from me.  The 4th amendment states my right to feel secure in my person, house, papers.   No one can search my apartment or seize anything without getting a warrant. And if someone enters my apartment, he has to get a warrant.  And the ones who enter my apartment have to have a good reason why they’re entering my home.  The warrant also has to state what the warrant is for; for my house, me,  car, etc. That’s why police have to ask permission to enter your apartment or house. They cannot enter if you say no.  The 4th amendment has been broken every day in the last four years that I’ve been gang stalked.  My apartment is broken into every single day.  And I mean every single day!  There is not a day someone has not broken into my apartment.  Usually it is done by the maintenance man.  I’m sure there are others who break into my apartment, but I have no proof.  Any camera I’ve ever had has been stolen, so keeping evidence is hard.  So my 4th amendment right has been taken away from me.

So you can see how easily you can lose your rights as a citizen.  Believe me, it can happen faster than you think. One day you’re walking around free, and then you’re a prisoner of the United States government!  And don’t think it can’t happen to you. Because it can!
