Gang Stalking – America is a DICTATORSHIP!

America

I tried to call the rental apartments that are for rent.  I discovered that I cannot make any phone calls.  Every time I dial a number, I get a message saying that I can make “Emergency Calls Only.”  My cell phone is useless.  I can do very little on it, and now I can’t even make  phone calls.  I’m going to get it fixed, you bums.  You think you can make me stop from making phone calls. They put my phone out of service, so I can’t make any phone calls to look for an apartment.  Even if my phone doesn’t work and I can’t make any phone calls from it, you freaks, I still have my two good legs.  I can still walk and you will not stop me from looking for an apartment.

This is the kind of things that go on in ChinaSyria, Egypt, Afghanistan, etc.  All dictatorships.  They’re also prevented from using their computers, cell phones.  So how does anyone in their right mind think that the America is a free country?  A free country doesn’t torture its citizen, it doesn’t prevent them using their phone, it doesn’t harass them and follow them around 24/7.  The countries who do this to their citizens are all dictatorships. And everyone sees them as dictatorships.  So why is it that America is not seen as a dictatorship?  You take away our rights to live our lives as we see fit.  This is what a dictatorship does.  You take away our  right to free speech. That’s what dictatorships do.  You torture me and other citizens.  This is what dictatorships do.  You take away all our rights.  That’s a dictatorship.  America is a dictatorship.

America is a DICTATORSHIP!  There is now way around it. America is a DICTATORSHIP.  But America does a good job of presenting itself as a free, free, free country.   What a joke. America acts just all the DICTATORSHIPS in the world.  I don’t know why it’s not listed on the United Nations list of dictatorship. It deserves to be on the list of DICTATORSHIPS.

America is a DICTATORSHIP.  And anyone who is reading this, don’t believe a word about what a great place America is.  It isn’t.  If you live in a country which has a dictatorship, then you know how America operates.  We have the same problems here that your country has.  We are not free, either.

Tomorrow, July 4th, America celebrates its birthday.  It’s Independence Day.  They should call it Dictatorship Day.  Because America has lost its way and is no longer free.

Other citizens from other countries, when they protest of torture, are usually believed.  But when we Americans complain about being tortured, no one wants to listen.  We, Americans like me, are victims of torture.  So if you hear anyone say they’re being tortured in America, they are.  They’re telling the truth and you should believe them.

I will  not take part in celebrating  July 4th.  I am not free.  When I become free, then I will celebrate July 4th.  America is not free! And I’m not free.  Don’t believe all the lies told to you.

“You can chain me, you can torture me, you can even destroy my body, but you will never imprison my mind.”
Mahatma Gandhi

All of us targets are suffering cruel and unusual punishment.  The 8th Amendment prohibits the federal government from imposing cruel and unusual punishment on an accused person.  We’re being punished and we never even had a trial.  The 6th Amendment states that the accused has the right to a speedy trial by an impartial jury.  And a right to a lawyer. Neither of which we ever got, or  offered.

None of us ever had a trial. No one ever told us what we’re guilty of.  We were found guilty by a group of people who we never met.  This is cruel and unusual punishment.  Finding us guilty without trial is cruel and unusual punishment.  We were never offered a lawyer. Nothing.

Someone complained about us.    No one came to us and asked us if what someone said about us was true.  No one sent us papers to appear in court. Nothing.  This is cruel and unusual punishment.  Who these people were, we don’t know.  These people could have been very biased against us, but we never had a trial to question them.  We were found guilty just on what these people said about us.  This is against the 6th Amendment right to an impartial jury.  We didn’t have an impartial jury.

We’re all entitled to know who our accusers are.  The 6th Amendment grants us this right.  We were never allowed to face our accusers and question them about the things they accused us of doing.  Their word was taken as gospel.  As the total truth.

We don’t know what these people look like, what they accused us of doing, and we had no chance to question them about what they said about us.  This is against the 6th Amendment.  We all have a right to face our accuser, and question them.

So we’re all suffering cruel and unusual punishment for who knows what.  We’re harassed  24/7  by people the government sends after us to make our lives miserable.  We’re never left alone. It’s a psychological game they play with our heads.  To drive us to insanity.   This psychology game is against the 8th Amendment.  It is cruel and unusual punishment.

We targets have never hurt anyone, committed any crimes, or committed any acts of treason.  So what reason is there for the government to be after us?   There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!  We’re just pawns in the government’s game.  There aren’t enough terrorists in the U.S. to keep the Department of Homeland Security going.  It wouldn’t have any work, so they have to invent terrorists.  People who they can  accuse of being terrorists.  This way they have an excuse for keeping the DHS going, otherwise, it has to close for lack of work.

The U.S. government is corrupt.  It preaches to the world that the U.S. is the land of the free.  What a laugh!  More laws were passed in the last four years to take away citizens rights than before.  Laws that say that a citizen can be arrested without trial and put in prison.   Citizens can be denied a lawyer and don’t have to be told what they’re accused of doing.  This sounds to me very much like what’s happening in other countries that are dictatorships.  The U.S. rules the same way.  And the U.S. government is not telling the truth about what it is. It is becoming a dictatorship. I should really say that it’s a dictatorship.  It lies about  how its citizens are treated.  It can do to citizens anything it wants and gets away with it.

The world believes that the U.S. is the land of the free.  World, don’t believe it.  The U.S. is harassing and torturing millions of American citizens.  The U.S. is not telling the world about what’s happening here.  World, we citizens  need your help.  Please let the world know what’s happening in the U.S.   We citizens need the help of the world to stop the torture of us.  Please get the world out and let the world know.  Please speak out in our name.  We need your help. You are our last hope.  We can’t get help from anyone. Thank you.

Since 9/11, the United States and its people have become obsessed with seeing terrorists everywhere. And when we in the U.S. see terrorists, we start thinking and talking safety.  Anytime that a country talks about keeping its citizenssafe,” get ready to hear it  has to pass a law to keep us safe.  Well, get ready to lose some of your rights, too.  It is getting ridiculous here with all the laws our representatives want to pass to keep us “safe.”

Some laws have nothing to do with keeping Americans safe.

At one time in the U.S., a child could get  some lemons, water, ice and start a lemonade stand.  Now, if a child tries to run a lemonade stand, the police will show up.  The police will tell the child that he cannot sell lemonade to anyone.  That he needs a license.   Absolutely ridiculous!

If a farmer grows vegetables and tries to sell them, he can’t.  First, he has to get a license approved by FDA  (Food and Drug Administration). Not only does a farmer have to get a license, his fruit and vegetables have to be checked for how safe the fruit and vegetables  are.  And the farmer cannot give away his vegetables to anyone.  It is against the laws of the United States to do so.  He can’t even use his vegetables to have a dinner party.  The police will show up and tell him that it’s against the law to do so.  They’ll tell him that the vegetables have to be thrown out.  Again, absolutely ridiculous!  People are starving all over the world and we throw away food.

In December of 2011, the United passed a law called the National Defense Authorization Act.  This act allows any citizen to be indefinitely held without right to a lawyer, or a trial.  So if the United States feels that someone might be a threat to its security, even  if there’s no proof whatsoever, it can hold that person for as long as it wants without trial.   It sounds very much like what’s happening in other countries that are dictatorships.

The United States is turning into a dictatorship (or I should say, it’s a dictatorship).  There’s nothing a citizen can do that doesn’t require government approval.  I’m surprised we can still have sex without the government looking on.  Oh, no, I take that back about sex.  There are very religious people who feel they should tell us who and when we should have sex.  So sex is not safe to have without government approval.  If someone has sex with another of the same-sex, the police might show up at their front door.  This is how bad it is getting here in the United States.

When I read news about what’s happening in the rest of the world (citizens killed, not allowed to practice religion of their choice, no free press),  I see the United States heading in the same direction.  In a few years, the United States will be just another country bullying its citizens.  We are definitely headed in that direction, but Americans are totally unaware of what is happening around them.  They really don’t care what the government does, as long as it keeps them “safe.”

WAKE UP, AMERICA!  Your freedoms are flying out the window.

Gang Stalking – Off Topic – PostaDay 2011 – Today is Memorial Day, a day started to remember people who served in war.

Decades later, under the Uniform  Monday Holiday Act , Memorial Day moved to a Monday to create three-day weekends. Do you think this helps people remember the meaning of the holiday, or dilute it?

Today we  remember the men and women who gave their lives in order that we can  all  live free.  Without the sacrifices of these  men and women, we might all be under a dictatorship.

I think moving the day around dilutes the meaning of the holiday.  For one thing, I can never remember when Memorial Day is.  Is it  on the 28th, 29th, or the 30th?  I know it’s on the last  Monday of May, but  that doesn’t help me .   Not only is the day confusing, but today most people see it as day to have a cookout.  Or a  day for sales.  Everybody looking for sales and not  giving a thought to the  sacrifices the men and women who fought for our country made.  We have cemeteries full of  veterans from  past and present  wars.     We Pay tribute to those men and women  by visiting the cemeteries.   There’s nothing  wrong with having a cookout, but we have to remember why we have  the holiday.  The veterans made the cookouts and sales possible by giving up their lives.

So I say  “thank you” to all the veterans who died to give us all a better life.  And I say to those men and women who  today are  fighting for us:  Stay safe because we care about you and want you to come home.   A salute to all of you!

And if anyone reading this is a veteran, thank you again.
