I’m wondering whether the Transportation Security Administration is a valuable part of government.

Not because the bureaucracy does a good job, but instead because it does so many foolish things that it helps convince more people to become libertarians.

Consider these horror stories.

o Confiscating a plastic hammer from a mentally retarded man.

o Detaining a woman for carrying breast milk.

o Hassling a woman for the unexplained red flag of having sequentially numbered checks.

o Demanding that a handicapped 4-year old boy walk through a metal detector without his leg braces.

o Putting an 8-year old cub scout on the no-fly list.

o Stopping a teenager from flying because her purse had an image of a gun.

Let’s add a few more examples to this list.

Gang Stalking – U.S. government, you don’t know what the word “freedom” means.

The hackers are at my computer again. They always are, but now they’re really serious.  Every day when I turn on my computer, I don’t know if I’ll find anything in it.  Lately, they like removing everything from it.  But I’ve learned a lot about computers in the last six months and they’re having problems taking me off.  But if I should suddenly disappear from site, you’ll know why.

The last two weeks have been fantastic for us targets. More and more information is leaking out about spying on American citizens.

For a long time, I’ve had to deal with people telling me that government spying was not happening to me.  That I should go to some mental health clinic and get help for my paranoid. No one believed me when I told them the government was hacking my phone, computer, video cam.  Now, they can’t say it’s not happening, because it’s also happening to them.  The gates are half-open for us to get out the information about our harassment by government.  We have to take advantage of the opening given us before it closes and we lose our way in. Now if you tell someone about your harassment, they might believe you.  It takes people time to open their minds as to government harassment.  Keep telling everyone you know what’s happening. Don’t be afraid to come across as crazy.  We have to strike while the newspapers are writing about  government spying.

The government tells everyone we targets are criminals.  That they have to watch us every minute.  If anyone is a criminal, it is the U.S. government.  The government is the terrorist, not us.  We haven’t done a damn thing!  We’re innocent victims of a government gone spy  crazy. The government is committing a crime against us.  The crime of taking away our freedom.

The government has taken away a lot of our rights. The 6th Amendment is one. We haven’t been told what crime we’ve committed.  We haven’t been given a trial, and the 6th Amendment states that no American can be punished without a trial. We’re being punished without having our day in court in front of a jury. We’ve been tried in absentia.

Years of our lives have been taken away from us.  Years that we can no longer get back. We’ve missed opportunities to make our life better because of government spying. A lot of us are broke, and the government’s turned our families against us. They’ve made places we live into war zones.

I will never, ever trust the government again.

A lot of innocent people killed themselves, or  killed others because of  harassment  by government flunkies.

U.S. government, do you have anything to be proud about?  Don’t you feel any guilt for what you’ve done to innocent people? In my opinion, U.S. government, you don’t deserve to call yourself  a free nation. U.S. government, you’ve made government into a thing not to trust.

U.S. government, you talked a good game about freedom, but it was nothing but lies you fed us Americans.  You are as bad as China, Russia, Egypt and all those totalitarian governments. But U.S. government, you’re worse.  You’re worse because you preached freedom.

U.S. government, you should learn what the word “freedom” really means. Maybe you should Google what the word “freedom” really means.  You obviously don’t know what the word means.

Well, maybe, just maybe, our day has come to gain our freedom back.

We targets will never be the people we were. We’ve all changed. But we’ve learned a few things about ourselves.  We’ve learned what the word “freedom” really means. No one will ever fool us by using the word freedom loosely.  We’ve also learned how strong we targets really are.  In spite of the horrific things you’ve done to us, we’re survivors.  We’ve learned not to take an ordinary day for granted, because an ordinary day is a spectacular day.

U.S. government, you thought you’d beat us into the ground.  But we’re all here ready to tell our story about what you’ve done to us.  We will tell and re-tell our experiences to anyone who will listen to us. We don’t want this to happen to anyone ever again.

Gang Stalking – Finally…Justice on June 7, 2013?

I had to go back  to the store today to get some things I forgot. I usually hate going to the store so much, I grab what I can, pay, and get the hell out.  So I end up forgetting to get what I need.

Today, I got everything I needed,  made a left turn and found myself in the last aisle.  But I stopped, it was like a traffic jam.  All the perps were  in the last  aisle, and all of them had carts and tried to prevent me from getting through.  When I realized what was happening, I went Rambo.  I just took my cart and ramboed my way through every cart.  I didn’t care if their children were in the way.  If they don’t care enough about their children to put them in harm’s way, I don’t care about them either.  I was just like Rambo. It took me half a minute, or less, to get through all the carts.  The perps didn’t say a word.  They all stood around in shock.  They probably thought they were going to stop me and make me go around.  What silly fools they are!  I’m an expert at stuff like this. There are a few lessons I’ve learned growing up in New York, and going around traffic is kid’s play.

Well, anyway, that’s just fluff stuff.

What I’m going to write about is  the Justice Department.  The Justice Department has till June 7, 2013 to answer  a formal request made by Electronic Frontier Foundation(EFF) to reveal a classified document that details unconstitutional surveillance of American citizens.  The Justice Department has tried to keep the document secret for over a year now.  The EFF filed a Freedom of Information Act(FOIA) to get information, but the Justice Department denied the request.  The EFF then went to  Judge Reggie B. Walton and made a formal request to get information.  Judge Walton agreed and requested the Justice Department respond in writing why the request can’t be granted. The judge told the Justice Department they have until June 7, 2013 to give him the information.

So, can you imagine, finally, we’re getting somewhere.  The Justice Department has to answer why they can’t give information out on  surveillance of American citizens.

This information was first revealed by Senator Ron Wyden in July, 2012.  Remember those forms I requested you fill out and send to Senator Wyden of  Oregon?  I filled mine out and sent it to the Senator and offered to testify if he needed someone. I never heard from him, but he’s been quietly working on this.

Maybe we’re a step closer to everyone finding out what’s going on.  I’m keeping track of  what’s going on with this, and I can’t wait for June 7, 2013 to find out  what comeback the Justice Department has. It’ll probably come back with the same old, same old excuse – that national security’s involved. Same lame excuse it used last time. Maybe the judge will overturn the Justice Department and tell them to open up their files.

So come June 7, 2013, we’ll find out what’s going to happen. But it’s a step closer.  Maybe the perps should start putting their lives in order before they serve jail time, and so should their handlers.

Gang Stalking – Harassed by illegal aliens.

Yesterday,  I didn’t come home early. I don’t like to be away from my apartment for too long, because the perps will make themselves at home. They don’t have to worry about being caught.  Someone will always warn them I’m on my way.

I came home last night and immediately headed for the bathroom.  I was about to sit on the seat and noticed that someone had been in my bathroom and left me a gift.  They’d used my toilet and left their feces and lots of toilet paper in the toilet. The bathroom had a terrible smell, so it was there for a long time.

On top of that, some of my food was missing.

I also found some vapor rub and toilet cleanser,  which I’d thrown out when I moved from my old apartment.

Living in this new apartment is not working out for me.  I live in apartment 208, and three doors from me, there lives a family that has so many people coming in and out that I can’t keep track of who really lives there.  And I don’t really care how many people live there, but they all sit in front of their apartment and make lots of noise, play their radio loudly, and have their children run back and forth to my apartment.  There’s one woman whose loud laughter would give anyone a headache.  And this goes on all day.

And there’s a woman who lives in apartment 110 who is always outside when I go out.  There isn’t a time that I can go out that she’s not waiting for me.  She always aims her phone at me and acts like she’s an angel.  Today I went out to empty the garbage, and she was outside as always, and she had four women with her.  As I passed them, I gave them the finger. Of course, they acted, oh, so shock, because they’re all so innocent and I’m the evil one. One of them followed me and wanted to know why I’d given them the finger.  I kept walking and did not respond.  As I walked toward the dumpster, there were four or five men hanging around, and the woman began telling them about what I did. They all began making remarks.  I ignored them all as I walked back to my apartment.  The women were still out when I passed them on my way to my apartment. As I was walking up the stairs, I said to all of them, “Maybe I’ll call the police and tell them you’re all illegal aliens.” I did not stay around to see their expressions.

We’re American citizens and we get picked on by a bunch of people who don’t even belong here, but, yet, they feel safe to harass me because they know nothing will happen to them.  Not only are these people breaking the law by being here illegally, but they’re committing a crime by harassing me.  It seems illegal aliens have more rights than an American citizen does.  I have nothing against illegal aliens, but I do, when illegals like these can do whatever they want to a citizen.
